Submitting News Stories/ Press Releases
We reserve the right to publish or not to publish your material upon receipt. We reserve the right to edit material as needed to fit the available space. If photos are enclosed, you must identify each person with a designation from left to right or by rows. Note dates when taken and where. For forth coming events, open to the public, provide name, street address, city, state, pricing, dates and times. Also include your name, organization name and how we can contact your directly. Your contact information will not be published. We suggest you not include minors that can be identified. For more information, please contact us. Personal information provided to us, via United States postal system, telephone, courier service, and electronic mail or by other means, in the normal course of business in order to provide you with your order shall remain completely confidential. We do not sell, rent, lease, or provided to others any of the names of those who have provided such information to us. Our policy today remains identical as it did from our inception. We ask specific information in order to service your account. Your user id and password cannot be recovered and transmitted to you. Please do not lose your user id and password, if you do, you will have to create a new account. We take your personal information seriously and guard it appropriately.
